Project 0: Mapping experiences from user-driven innovation projects.
This research project will be organised as a multiple case study (Yin 2008) and will include 10-15 finished and ongoing projects funded e.g. by the Strategic Research Council and the DECA program on user-driven innovation. In addition 3-5 international projects will be included. From each project, key documents will be collected and interviews with project managers and participants will be conducted. The focus of the data collection will be on approaches to user participation, settings framing co-construction, and on traceable innovative and methodological outcomes. The analysis will formulate and examine relations between, on the one hand, the arrangement of (types of) spaces and, on the other hand, the possibilities of identifying and engaging users and of translating ideas into further development activities. The main faculty responsible for project 0 will be T E Jensen (DTU).
